DESCRIPTION:\n\nIdeal for anyone running 50mile or 100mile races on the SWC
 P in Cornwall in Jan 2026.\n\nNovember 21st to 23rd 2025\n\n\nCome and joi
 n us for a social training weekend as we run key parts of the Cornish Coas
 tline between Coverack and Porthtowan.\n\n\nArrive Friday night\, meet oth
 er runners for informal dinner as we talk through the planned runs and sha
 re our experiences of the wonderfully frightening Arc of Attrition.\n\n\n
 Saturday: Aim of day is to get time on feet and scope out key aspects of t
 he route. Runs will be split into a morning run of approx 25k and then an 
 evening/night run of up to 20k\n\nSunday: Enjoy a daylight run from Zennor
  to St Ives\n\nNote: Participants will be expected to carry mandatory kit.
