 orthtowan.\n\n\nArrive Friday night\, meet other runners for informal dinn
 er as we talk through the planned runs and share our experiences of the wo
 nderfully frightening Arc of Attrition.\n\n\nSaturday: Aim of day is to g
 et time on feet and scope out key aspects of the route. Runs will be split
  into a morning run of approx 13 miles and then an evening/night run of up
