Bookings, Alterations and Cancellations
We try to provide as much flexibility as reasonably possible, being runners ourselves we understand that situations change, injuries can happen etc.
The options available to you will depend on the date and the type of event.
For all events:
You can receive a full refund (no fees or charges) should you change your mind within 7 days of booking and your booking was made more than 67 days before the event. No questions asked.
Any withdrawls more than 7 days after booking and more than 60 days before the event will receive credit of 100% towards a future event.
Between 60 days and 14 days prior to the event: Changes are likely to be possible, and in most cases 100% credit will be available. For some events we will have already committed costs for your entry meaning we are unable to credit back 100% of the entry fee. We will ensure there is full transparency of how much will be credited back on an event by event basis.

If you are unable to attend the event, please email us at hello@rubyredrunning.com. For most events if you notify us more than 14 days before the start date, we will be able to offer you a 100% credit towards a future race.
Yes, we just need to be notified of the transfers at least 14 days prior to the event. We can only reallocate the place on receipt of a email to hello@rubyredrunning.com with the new participant copied in to the email.
All up/downgrades are subject to availability and must be completed at least 14 days prior to the event.
Downgrades are free of charge, upgrades are charged based on the price differential of the categories. In-event course transfers, may be possible within the 14 days prior to the event or even on the day but may incur an admin charge of up to £5. Please email us at hello@rubyredrunning.com.

If you let us know at least 14 days before the start of the event, we can offer you 3 options to choose from:
- You can transfer your entry to a friend
- Transfer the entry to another event location at later date
- Get a full refund

Bookings will close on all events when the event reaches maximum capacity or 14 days before the event takes place, whichever comes first. In both instances no further bookings can be made after this time.
