Come and join us for a social training weekend as we run key parts of the Cornish Coastline between Coverack and Porthtowan.
Arrive Friday night, meet other runners for informal dinner as we talk through the planned runs and share our experiences of the wonderfully frightening Arc of Attrition.
Saturday: Aim of day is to get time on feet and scope out key aspects of the route. Runs will be split into a morning run of approx 25k and then an evening/night run of up to 20k
Sunday: Enjoy a daylight run from Zennor to St Ives
Note: Participants will be expected to carry mandatory kit.
